The company has grown from 100 to 2,000 employees, and from 50 to 900 power units, during his tenure. Adam developed the systems and policies that allowed Lazer Spot to become more accountable in the areas of DOT compliance, financial reporting, and customer metrics tracking. He is committed to continuing the company’s growth progression, while retaining the close connections to customers and employees that have made Lazer Spot the premiere spotting company in the country.
