Our Team

Operationally, the company is divided into four geographical areas with each region led by a Regional Manager. Assisting the Regional Managers are Area Managers overseeing operations in cities and areas with multiple locations, as well as Site Managers assigned to individual locations. All Lazer Spot management members maintain Class A Commercial Drivers Licenses (“CDL”) and are readily available and trained to meet the specific needs of our customers and employees.
In addition, Lazer Spot takes great pride in our internal promotion and training practices. All Regional Managers, and the vast majority of all Lazer Spot management, began their careers as drivers with Lazer Spot.
The backbone of Lazer Spot is our employees. As a Department of Transportation licensed and approved carrier, Lazer Spot hires only skilled, experienced drivers with two years of Class A CDL driving experience and a clean driving record. New applicants are drug tested prior to hiring and randomly thereafter. All drivers are safety trained and certified under the direction of local management using Lazer Spot’s internally developed safety programs.
Finally, Lazer Spot employs clerical personnel at some of our sites requiring administrative functions, such as checking trailers in and out of the facility or recording trailer statuses while at the facility.
